Happy mother with healthy baby, outcome of high risk pregnancy. Patient came from Khandwa was refused Cesarean there because of her heart disease, chronic rheumatic heart disease with severe mitral stenosis. Cesarean done by Dr Sheela Chhabra at Pushp Gynae Centre, Indore. Uneventful post-op, patient went home happily after three days
