Ovarian cyst surgery.( Key hole surgery, laparoscopic removal)at Pushp Clinic Gynaecology center, Indore.
Patient came after 2 years of hysterectomy with constant abdominal pain. Sonography showed ovarian cyst of 6×5 cm. On laparoscopy, there were too much of adhesions of the cyst to the pelvic wall ,bladder & omentum. Removal was done successfully and patient discharged after 24 hours. Pic after removal of cyst.

Fibroid ( tumour of uterus), in unusual location at cervix (mouth of uterus).
Patient with symptoms of bleeding on & off since 6 months & pain in lower abdomen ( tummy) . Sonography showed suspicious mass of 8 × 7 cm over cervix, MRI confirmed it to be a cervical fibroid. Patient was operated successfully at pushp gynaec centre & discharged after 3 days.
Normal delivery, an art.
For normal delivery patient herself has to take efforts. Low stress levels, regular walk , yoga & deep breathing exercises throughout pregnancy prepare the patients very well for normal delivery. Squats in the beginning of 9th month prepares the passage for normal delivery.
